Mogadishu (almuniir) - The parliament of Somalia is expected to approve the new Prime Minister Abdiweli Mohamed Ali, who was lately appointed by the president after Farmajo resigned from the post.
Lawmaker Mohamed Omar Dalha has confirmed to Bar-kulan that the meeting of the parliamentarians will occur today, expressing his hope that the parliamentarians will approve the new prime minister. Mr. Dalha added that the president has used the correct formula to appoint the new prime minister.
The president is also expected to attend the meeting of the parliament to ask the parliamentarians to approve the new elect premier to move forward the tasks before the new government.
