Mogadishu (almuniir) -The prime minister of the TFG Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo flew to Kampala to join the one-to-one meeting of the president and the speaker of the parliament in Kampala, the capital of Uganda.
The prime minister who took off from Adan Ade international airport went to Uganda to participiate in the meeting organized for the top officials of the government which is meant to solve the differences of the officials that revolves around the existence of the government for another year.
The international contact group meeting that was held in Kampala on Somalia ended with no outcome at all.
In speeches delivered by the leaders, each one of them gave divergent views about the government’s extension. The presidents of Uganda and Burundi both emphasized on the term extension for one year with Yoweri threatening to pull out his troops if such extension is not granted.
A press release is expected in the coming hours from the meeting. Separate meetings between Sheikh Sharif and the speaker of parliament is going on in which sources say they closing up on common grounds about the issue in question.
