Al-shabab starts to register homes with TVs

Jowhar (almuniir) - The Al-shabab militias have started to register homes with TV in Jowhar, the regional headquarter of middle shabelle barely a day after the arrest of families watching the national Somali TV.
Residents told Bar-kulan that there was increase of house-to-house investigations by the militias to know the homes with TV and those without.
The militias register the name and phone number of the house owner with TV while giving no explanations about their actions.
The undertaking brought worries to the people who have been registered as they do not know what their fate would be.
The militias have registered the homes with TVs in Buula Burte in Hiiraan at a previous time. The people were called with their TV and they crushed all the TV sets. Tweet
