Somalia's Prime Minister appoints his cabinet

Somalia’s Prime Minister, Abdiweli Mohamed Ali, on Friday appointed his State Ministers and Assistant Ministers with the approval of the President, a day after he appointed his cabinet.
Mr Abdiwali read the list of the new council of ministers to the reporters in the capital Mogadishu lastnight,
President Sharif Ahmed is lilkely to attend the ceremony which will be held in the presidential place in Mogadishu later today to approve them.

Below is the list of the newly appointed State ministers and Assistant Ministers.
State Ministers;
1. Abdiaziz Mo’alim Noor, State Minister in the office of the President.
2. Hamid Sheikh Ali Masheye, State Minister for Foreign Affairs.
3. Mohamud Mo’alim Noor, State Minister for Defence.
4. Mohamed Mohamud Adan, State Minister for Home Affairs and National Security.
5. Sheikh Adan Mohamed Der, State Minister for Finance and Treasury.
6. Mohamed Ahmed Kamil, State Minister for Information, Postal Cooperation and Telecommunications.
7. Mohamed Ahmed Keynan, State Minister for Trade and Industries.
8. Sa’id Jama Qorshel, State Minister for Transport and air, Land, sea and Ports.
9. Abdikafi Mo’alim Hassan, State Minister for Public Works and Reconstruction.
